As agility competitors we spend so much time attending to our canine athletes that we often overlook our own well-being.
Take time for yourself and come train with the founder of the Alston Method, a top movement specialist! From aspiring handlers looking for a competitive edge over the competition, to weekend warriors just hoping to feel better, reduce pain, and prevent injuries, this workshop has something for everyone!
Antoine will analyze your movement to help you identify your physical vulnerabilities and imbalances. Using specialized equipment your body will enjoy finding balance and ease of movement, guiding the way to improved mobility and strength. Have fun experimenting with these newfound movements in a mock agility scenario! You will be given individualized exercises that you can continue at home to maintain your progress. Understand how to best warm up and cool down your own body for your agility run and most importantly–for life!
Be prepared to have fun and leave with information on how to stay stronger. Fitness isn’t what you think it is!

The Alston Method
The Alston Method is designed around a series of 8 essential movements which identifies an individual's asymmetries while simultaneously building strength and mobility; the end result, dynamic integration of the entire body, allows individuals to move through their day with ease, function and vitality. The best part? It works for all individuals-from beginners to elite athletes-looking to stay out of pain while regaining physical strength.
