Distance Handling for all levels w/ Mary Champagne
Tailored for each team’s level.
Foundations: This will start your dogs/pups off right for independence and distance handling. Only tunnels/jumps will be used. This is open to any level dog including puppies at least 6 months old. Don't plan on doing any running in this workshop.
Advanced: Sequences will be set up requiring you to handle your dog at a distance with distractions of other obstacles. The goal is to help teach your dog to follow your handling and your verbals and not take obstacles just because they are there.

The distance training and competing I have been doing even on the smaller trial courses have prepared me for the challenges I met at the 2019 UKI US Open.
